This picture of a rock-hewn church was shot at night in one of the many valleys in Cappadocia, Turkey. This particular valley is far away from the beaten track and only known by the locals. As a result, very few images of this church exist.
We timed our visit here with full moon, and were lucky to get some interesting clouds as well. To light this scene took some time - Daniella had to climb into the church and use a flashlight to light the inside, and later the outside, from different angle. The final shot is the combination of 7 different exposures.
